کاربرد ها و تفاوت although و though در زبان انگلیسی

تفاوت although و though:

معنی: هر دو واژه "although" و "though" به معنای "اگرچه" هستند.مثال‌ها:
Everyone enjoyed the final although we lost the match!
Though it was rainy, we went for a walk.
تفاوت در انگلیسی محاوره‌ای:
رایج‌تر بودن: در زبان محاوره‌ای، "though" رایج‌تر از "although" است.
استفاده از "even" برای تاکید: می‌توانیم برای تاکید بیشتر از "though" با "even" استفاده کنیم اما در مورد "although" نمی‌توان.
کاما: وقتی که بند "though" یا "although" قبل از بند اصلی قرار می‌گیرد، در انتهای جمله با یک کاما قرار می‌دهیم.
مثال‌ها:
Even though I earn a lot of money every month, I never seem to have any to spare!
Karen is coming to stay next week, although I’m not sure what day she is coming.
کاربرد با بند –ing:
می‌توانیم برای معرفی یک بند –ing از "although" و "though" استفاده کنیم.
مثال‌ها:
Peter, although working harder this term, still needs to put more work into mathematics.
The patient, though getting stronger, is still not well enough to come off his medication.
کاربرد با بندهای تقلیل یافته:
در زبان مکالمه یا نوشتار رسمی، می‌توان از "although"، "though" و "even though" برای معرفی بندهای تقلیل یافته استفاده کرد.
مثال‌ها:
Raymond, although very interested, didn’t show any emotion when we invited him to go for a walk.
Though more expensive, the new model is safer and more efficient.
معنای "اما" در صحبت کردن:
در مکالمه، "though" را می‌توان با معنای "اما" استفاده کرد و معمولاً آن را در انتهای یک بند قرار می‌دهیم.
مثال‌ها:
I don’t mind, though. I have lots of work to do. I’ll just bring my laptop with me.
It’s nice, though.
کاربرد as though:
"as though" و "as if" معنایی شبیه به یکدیگر دارند، اما "as if" رایج‌تر است.
مثال‌ها:
You look as though/as if you have seen a ghost!
He looks as though/as if he hasn’t slept.
خلاصه:
